Bob took care of my 2012 Acura MDX & 1969 Buick Skylark within a couple days of each other. Got them back in order & running smoothly. Honest, fair, good work. Great communication via text. Happy to have found his shop. T

Good experience! The sign does not say Infinity, but they were both happy and knowledgeable to work on our big QX56 / QX80. Fair price and good service. What more can you want? Oh, and convenient location close to the freeway in San Clemente. Will definitly come back for maintenance in the future! :)
I wish I could agree with the other positive reviews. I’ve never left an auto shop so upset. I took a day off work to bring my car in for an oil change and spark plugs and dropped it off first thing in the morning after waiting a week to schedule an appointment. Six hours later he hadn’t started on it. Bob became extremely defensive and rude to me on the phone when I called for an update. He was very different than how he was when I originally scheduled the appointment. Obviously my business is not important to him.
