I can only suspect I was taken advantage of because I had no way to get my car back otherwise. Saw that the tow truck driver has frightened two different elderly women by yelling angrily while loading their cars. Anyway... Also wasn't informed ahead of time that it was cash only, or that it was just somebody's house in the woods, so I had to walk/run to an ATM and back so i wouldn't miss the pickup for my vehicle.
