Wasted time. Got scheduled for an estimate appointment, drove it in and got it looked at being told I'd have it provided by the end of the day. Day later they backed out and said they couldn't do it anymore?
I called and inquired about a safety inspection for my vehicle and was promptly addressed to the correct business "Bob's auto repair" on big island, which for me is awesome because it shows one business looking out for another.
Amazing service and work on my 2022 Tundra. Jacob took great care of my truck but it was also easy to deal with him since the moment I pull into the shop. Highly recommend working with this guys at Bob’s . Mahalo! JG
