Do yourself a favor - stay away! Someone broke out the side window on my car. Bob's (of LAKE WORTH not DELRAY BEACH) dispatched someone the next day to replace the window. The new window wasn't even close to fitting properly. 1st re-visit: ... the installer told me the glass they had installed, �wasn't cut properly and couldn't be made to fit my car.� They said they ordered new glass and to come back then. 2nd re-visit: They had told me to come in, but when I did, the glass wasn't there. Great Service! This is what service should be. I called and they came out to my work on the same day. They guys came exactly when they said they would. They got the job done perfectly without a hitch. They were polite and friendly. This is what local business is about. Way to go guys!
Wasted a whole day waiting for Bobs Auto glass to install my windshield. Then I was told that they will come tomorrow. No customer curtesy. Very arrogant people. Don't do me any favors. i found someone else to do the job. NO STARS FOR THEM!!!!!!
