Dishonest. Overcharged me and I'm sure because I'm an old lady! Brought in my car for simple maintaince, when I went to pick up my car he wanted almost $1000!! I asked my son about extra repairs and it turned out Bob was asking for double the reasonable labor for the work involved!! He never called me to get authorization for extra work. He did nock off half labor charge when I questioned the high bill. Please find somewhere else to go to get your cars repaired. I do not trust him anymore. And beware if you're a woman!
Worst mechanic Ever! Car breaks down after fixed, Over charges for repairs.
Bob is a really good person, and also has great customer service. I recently went to his shop to get my engine repaired and he fixed it with no hesitation. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Bob!
