Been here few times before for transmission To get fixed they did an awesome 👌 job 👏 Great Customer Service & They Care they don't lead you a stray they tell you straight what's wrong and how too fix it I always will go back to Bob shop he is Number #1 in my books 📚 good honest man even the employee are very kind & helpful too 10/10 🌟
Today on my way to Sudbury I had gotten a flat tire so I called Bob's mechanic shop thinking it was a long shot, but without hesitation Bob and some of his amazing coworkers drove to my car instantly and replaced the tire with my donut and brought me back to the shop. They put my rim on a new wheel for me and sent me on my way. They work fast in there and get everything right. Excellent service, but most definitely excellent people. Yesterday Bob’s auto body shop saved me in a sticky situation. I was driving from Sudbury to North bay when my front tire became loose. I was in Warren and googled them and thank goodness I did, they had my car up on the hoist to make sure it wasn’t anything more than that and retightened all my tires within 15 minutes. Not only did it not add time to my travels (because they were so quick) when I could have ended up stranded but the customer service while I was there was impeccable. Everything went according to plan, or so I thought. The paint is coming off in flecks on the new bumper provided after only 2 years. The black showing through is evidence that no primer was sprayed on before applying the base coat. As well the clear coat is a dull shine, compared to all other clear coats on vehicles. I didn't mind that so much when I picked up the car, but now its worth mentioning. I'm contacting my insurance provider to discuss this issue.
