I tangled with a Utility pole and called Bob's in Boscobel. they were quick to respond, get me into the shop, evaluate , estimate and schedule repairs. Fixed in less than a week. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. Loaner car to keep me on the road during repairs. Will return if I need them again! Thank-you to all the people that work there and helped me.
Karl and his team took excellent care of my repair following a minor scratch and dent incident. They were courteous, quick, and provided me with a loaner while my car was in the shop. When I picked up my car, it was clean, detailed and freshly washed. A container of touch-up paint was also provided. I highly recommend Karl for your needs!
My truck got backed into and had it repaired at Bob's. They got it in and completed fairly quickly. The repair looked as good as new. I was pleasantly surprised at the how my truck was returned, completely cleaned inside and out. A week after I got it back the owner reached out to see if I was satisfied with the repairs. A great example of caring for your customers.
Best experience I’ve had with an autobody shop. Mechanics were very honest and genuinely want to help you. Karl was very helpful in the whole process and gave me multiple options based on the condition of my car 10 out of 10 would recommend coming to this place!
I never leave reviews, but these guys deserved the shoutout! Both times I've worked with them, it has been amazing. They're beyond helpful, very friendly service, and care about their customers. It's made getting car work done stress-free and comfortable. I will always highly suggest this business to anyone!
