RecommendedBob was on time, called ahead, and got to me quickly when other companies were about 3 weeks out. His charges were fair and I'd use him again. Very tolerant of my nosy little dog too.
I called several weeks ago to have our dryer looked at. Bob came that day. He was very nice. Said he needed to order a part. That was 5 weeks ago. I called a couple of times and talked to receptionist, sent PM thru Facebook.... No return call or message. Not a good way to get new customers. Our dryer is still broken and we will be calling someone else. Not happy.
