Was supposed to be here 3 weeks ago. Said the part I needed before evening showing up would be here on Saturday. Called on Saturday and said it was then back ordered. Called the store and both bob and Scott on their cells. Voicemails were all full. Waited another week, called Sears. They came out and told me the part I needed, ordered it off Amazon and was here is 2 days. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Horrible customer service and flat up lied to me. Did not show up and did not call and when I called the owner said I dont need your business I’ve got plenty. Never seen anything like it.
The worst don't even bother calling . Three weeks never even got parts ordered .
