dishonest, unskilled and rude These guys are awful. I first had them repair my refrigerator. The repair never held and I had to get them back again and again. They told me a part was needed which they apparently ordered but I never got. Meanwhile I paid hundreds. I had someone else repair my fridge and that repair has held just fine. (I used A & E Factory Service I found through Sears.) A & E said I did not need another part.I had problem with my stove.
