Not a fan of the their AI assistant lol but the repair was done well and Ross had to make two trips due to the part/ panel that came in first was scratched. He even got it to where I could use my dryer until the panel came in. Win win!!
On time and very friendly. Great work at a reasonable price. This is the only place we will call from now on. Thank you Ross!
We found the technicians very knowledgeable and friendly. They were prompt and very helpful. However, we did find the service quite expensive and seemed overpriced We had just moved from a very expensive living area and appliance repair was cheaper there.
