I don’t want give them even 1 star …when I rented floor scrubber machine the employee told me u can return it by 3:30 pm last as I rent this machine 2:00 pm a day before …we will not charge you extra..and then I called them I will return by 3:30 pm coz my job will be done by that time.. the other lady I think (owner) said no you have to come by 1:51pm..and she lied they did not tell me you can come by 3:30pm..and was very very rude..I was dealing with employee girl (was good) before she came in shop.. and she charged me $16 ... read more

We rented a compactor the night before we planned to use it. Unfortunately, we couldn't get it to run more than a few seconds before it would die. We phoned up and they sent Cody out with a new one. Cody was friendly and helpful. Even though he was able to get the one we had running, he offered to swap it out with the one he brought. Just to be safe we accepted the offer. Extending the rental to a second day took only a call. We couldn't have been happier with the experience!
