Had a kitchen leak that flooded the garage and needed a commercial air mover fast. A to Z Rental had the right unit in stock, quoted a fair price, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The fan dried everything out quickly. Pickup and return were smooth with no surprises on the bill. Solid service, good equipment, easy to deal with. Highly recommend for rentals in Maple Ridge.
Great staff
Only place I’ve ever rented a concrete saw where I had to buy a blade? Pretty useless without a blade, now stuck with a useless blade that I’ll never use again. Rent from Home Depot folks, these people have no idea what they are doing! When you rent a tool from Home Depot you get the whole thing, they go over everything with you and if there are issues you get help not accusations. Stay far far away from this place.
Very upset and disappointed. I rented a bobcat for 1 week and while the price was higher than other places the delivery charge was lower. When I called to extend the rental I was told that "1 wee" was only 5 days. My first question was why was this not explained to me at the time of the rental. When I finially talked with Lucas he said that policy was mentioned when people made the rental except he was the person that I talked to and he never mentioned this policy.
