Complete waste of time. Tried to rent a machine for a quick weekend job. Wouldn’t take a deposit over the phone. Drove out (again) to pick up the machine a few days later and waited 45 minutes just for someone to come tell me the last one they had available was broken. Very disappointing. Will not try again.

The fan dried everything out quickly. Pickup and return were smooth with no surprises on the bill. Solid service, good equipment, easy to deal with. Highly recommend for rentals in Maple Ridge.
