Complete lack of consideration and communication for and with patients. I waited months for this screening ultrasound appointment and arrived on time at 9 am to check in for my 9:30am appointment. Around 10:15 am I asked a tech if she could check to see if I had been overlooked, since I sat through several turnovers in the waiting room of everyone being called back and new groups arriving. Would give less if I could. Waited over a month for this appointment only to have to cancel because they were running 40 minutes late. According to other comments this seems to happen pretty often. Best part is I lost my other imaging appointment because I went out of my way and waited extra to get both appointments on the same day, only for them to not be able to do it anyway. I was skeptical going in for my appointment based on the reviews here. But I’m glad I went for it. My appointment was last Friday afternoon. The staff were friendly, polite and patient with my queries. The environment was pleasant and relaxing. The actual examination started around 10 minutes after the appointed time, but the tech more than made up for it with her warmth and by clarifying my queries.
Completely incompetent front office staff. COMPLETELY. They tried to tell me my mammogram was $260 when I KNOW it’s covered by my insurance and this is my THIRD appointment rescheduled with them. On none of those times was I told my insurance wouldn’t cover or an estimate of the cost. This would’ve been my second mammogram with them and my third breast ultrasound and they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. 0/10 experience from check in to the technician performing procedure. After many years or visiting this center, the staff that day seemed unsure and incompetent of what to do. They mixed up my account and ended up creating a new account for me. My visit doesn’t even exist on the portal and no record with my insurance. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
