NO STARS!! I have put off writing this to see if this person would do the right thing but he hasn't. I hired **** *****, Bobe Jo Construction in summer of 2020 to redo landscaping in my front yard and fix drainage issues in the back. We signed a contract and the agreement was that I would pay 1/3 down, 1/3 after partial work was completed and 1/3 at the end. The project was to be completed in about 3 weeks.
