RecommendedA great place to buy your scooter "online". I was really skeptical about doing business this way but they do keep in constant contact when you have questions or issues with your scooter. There were a number of places I tried to just get a response from when I was shopping and couldn't even get someone to call me back. This is the place you need to go to.

Great communication. Fast shipping! I ordered my Ice Bear Maddog 150cc scooter and it was in my driveway within two weeks. Had it running within a cpl hours. Good times!!
My transaction with Bobcat's was smooth and easy. The turnaround time for my bike and paperwork was extremely quick and I was able to title and register the bike out of state with no issues. Any customer service question has been answered very timely. The gentleman from the shipping company was also very nice and helpful!
ICEBEAR MADDOG draws lots of interest The NEW ENGLAND DRAGWAY "JET CARS UNDER THE STARS" SHOW 8-1-2020 was a huge hit with a sold out crowd. The trike we purchased as a pit vehicle drew lots of looks and questions . we gave out lots of contact info to people who were interested in purchasing 1 for themselves. Thanks to Elizabeth and Tracee at Bobcat's Motorsports in California for all your help and coordinating the purchase and delivery. check em out you won't be disappointed !!!
Man, do I wish I came to these guys *first* for my bike. I was lured in by a site with a slightly lower price ($100), and spent 4 weeks waiting for a scoot that never came (bank had to do a charge-back to reclaim money). Lesson learned. Bobcats is over-the-top honest, efficient and helpful. I ordered it, they got in touch right away about a document they needed me to e-sign (easy to do.) And - Bam! - 3 days later it was en route. Warranty department for parts stinks. Took 5 weeks to recieve replacement parts then it's severely damaged rusted out entirely, used, wrong exhaust pipe then top it off missing my carburetor entirely. shipping box was smashed, not taped sealed properly, and everything just tossing around no packing materials !!!!!! beware on they will take their time on warranty parts. I had to spend extra $$$ to get my bike back up running again.

Hi Michael, although I understand your frustration with getting the parts damaged and rusted, Bobcats Motorsports is not the ones who sent you parts nor took time getting them to you. Your warranty claim was placed the day that you reported it. Unfortunately right now since Covid-19 all of the manufactures (warranty is a manufacture warranty) are running short staffed and with limited resources as I have explained to you.
