The only reason for my bad review is the company's staff & lack of communication. The apartments are average, over-priced college units. Very Disappointed in this company. They leased my daughter's apartment to other tenants before she had time to re-sign for another year. Their explanation was we contacted her 13 times. I reviewed all the emails and the only notification about re-signing was a small blurb in 2 newsletters, 1 in March before we took possession of the apartment & the 2nd in April a full year before the end of... read more
