I took a piece of equipment here due to an engine oil leak. Jim in service had said equipment for 3 weeks saying there was no engine oil leak, only a hydraulic leak from an oring in the hydrostatic pump and the engine needed to be pulled. They finally call me and say they have it fixed but it needed a battery. I declined because I had a battery to put in it. Honestly the best customer service hands down! I started dealing with Jim and then eventually with Jordan. Those guys are all about customer service. They make the experience worth it! So far I’ve gotten roughly about 5 excavators and 2 skid steers and can not complain about anything!
I stopped by and was absolutely blown away by the customer service!! This store is awesome and truly made my experience a great one. Jim & Jordan we're especially top notch.
