Terrible service techs, owner says he did everything to help me fix the issue meanwhile I gave them 5k to repair the snowblower and add a controller and now I’m stuck with a controller that doesn’t move the chute and the blower shoots 2 feet 🤣🤣 since bobcat sold it to oaken equipment it’s been a shit show, they wanted me to pay a diagnostic fee for something they never repaired correctly money grab
We took our machine to the other (bobcat of Toronto other branch) I felt like something was off machine struggled to run never Ran right coming back from them after-think they credited it or did something. This beach is fantastic we placed couple part orders. Jesse was the person who helps always answers my questions amazing staff. If you need bobcat parts I’d go here shipping they been good and accurate on delivery dates
I recently bought a used snowblower attachment for my 2020 Bobcat S70. After spending $5,000 on a new controller during a service visit, the machine initially failed to blow snow because the hydraulics were connected incorrectly. Despite returning it for correction, the issue persisted, with minimal snow-blowing capability, even in light powder. Now, the new controller doesn't properly adjust the chute.
