Great place and great service. Employees are very friendly and helpful.
First of all let me say how appreciative I am for the amazing customer service I received. Long story very short. Due to extremely bad planning on my part I was trying to find a part very very very last min. All I had was a picture of the equipment. Not when as picture of the part. Megan in the parts department was super helpful. Not only was she able to find the parts I needed. But she stayed there until I got there ( after closing ) to make sure I was getting the correct parts. Now they have an after hours pick up. That sh... read more
Every time I call, the staff are SUPER helpful and courteous. I live across the water, and they are more than accommodating with delivery. I won't buy machinery parts from anywhere else. This is the go-to spot.
