Alexa is awesome! I've worked with multiple locations and they've all been good, but she was exceptional! From substituting equipment from a piece they didnt have anymore, to delivery/pickup, timeliness and suggesting an additional piece that I didnt realize they offered.. it was the smoothest experience. 1 week before the rental was to be delievered, she let me know she would call the day before to confirm and make sure nothing had changed.
