We needed immediate repairs done on our skid steer so that five guys weren't left out of work for a few days. Bobcat took great care of us! The crews are back and running the next day.
Service advisor Jake is excellent to work with. Rentals, I had a little issue with going over the maximum 8 hours per day on a rental unit and was forced into a higher rental period. Machine was great though. By the way, with other rental companies, if you break the machine and purchase the additional insurance, everything is totally covered... User Error or not - you're still covered. NOT HERE though and renters NEED to be aware of this difference.
