First time buying any sort of construction equipment and Daniel Smith has been amazing. We bought a compact excavator after the flooding in WNC and he was very patient and explaned my many, many questions over the course of about a week. We went back today to look at a compact track loader and he spent an hour demonstrating it and answering our questions in the cold. Really REALLY appreciate his help. I cannot recommend him enough!
