Purchased a 2021 E42, it’s been at the shop more than in the field. 3 weeks into current manufacturing defect and no news on parts, warranty, down time ect. Hope it gets better but at this point having doubts. If your in the market Might want to consider different manufacturers. Thinking they might have inventory for a reason, definitely significant QC issues with bobcat during these difficult times.

I made the investment and got a tractor. Dave the sales guy was a really nice guy and answered my questions quickly (when I could get ahold of him) helped make financing a breeze. Service is poor. Maybe my expectations are high, but they are hard to get on the phone, go long periods of time without getting back to you, if at all. I’ve got to the point where if I have a question I just call the Olympia bobcat dealership they always return my calls.
