We buy a good many parts from these guys and they're great. Friendly, knowledgeable. And easy to deal with.
I took my machine to them because the hydraulic hoses were crossed up. The job took 10 minutes or so to do. They billed me for getting the hoses corrected but they also billed me for washing the machine. The machine was not washed.it looked exactly how it did when I dropped it off. I made a video of the machine and the receipt showing what was wrote on the job description and how my machine actually looked. They did correct my issue but I should not have been charged for a washing if it didn't happen

I called Bobcat of Seneca just a few minutes ago and spoke w a real gentlemen,Brian... not only did he give me good advice,he let me know another dealership was probably closer to me,helped me out w getting a towing company and their info,and was very professional and kind...
