Knowledgeable people. They knew everything wrong with my machine before I finished explaining. And they also gave me a diagram in case I wasnt able to remember their instructions.

Purchased a stand on mower from them, They put the loan as a personal loan Instead of a business loan. They also have not returned my bag off my loan and I returned it five months ago. This business has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
