Albert at Bobcat of Reno made our buying experience a 10 out of 10 he drove an hr and demonstrated several attachments and after we purchased it, we damaged it within a couple of hours of using it (Operator error) Albert was to our j0bsite 1 hr from Reno repaired our machine wiped the whole machine down and demonstrated the proper route for the hoses on that specific attachment very enjoyable experience.
