Strongly do not recommend this dealership. Needed to order a new controller, first parts salesman wouldn’t sell me the hydraulic controller stating it had to be programmed. Did some research and called back. Second parts guy told me he’s got one on the shelf. Upon going there the price increased 20% over what the OEM Bobcat website price was. Not sure why these guys exist if all they’re doing is putting a 20% markup on the same parts I can order online. I’ll just order it myself next time. Lost another customer.
Rentals dept has been great to deal with. Proper machines, and fair prices.
