While Bobcat, the company has been a nightmare, with regards to attachments for my tractor, Zach has been extremely helpful in trying to get the parts and get it to me after about 2 months of dealing with nightmares from Bobcat. Just be cautious that you will get great service from the local store, but that they are handcuffed by the corporate side in what they can do. They are extremely helpful with my machine! And, while their prices are somewhat expensive that's not their fault. That's just how it goes buying oem bobcat parts. Their parts are cheaper than several other dealerships that I have been to. Very helpful staff and a nice clean building. Great place to do business!
Helpful as he could be. Bobcat did not have the hose i needed in stock, and he could not make the hose. The Bobcat company has lost my business as my unit is a year old and barely used when a hydraulic hose started leaking really bad. Not it stock anywhere close. Finally, I found one and had it shipped from Minnesota. Bobcat of Poplar Bluff was as helpful as he could be.
