2nd horrible experience with rental dept. They need to find a new guy, this guy misleads you and when u ask for accountability, he blames, attacks threatens. Super impressive. Unprofessional & unfair. How about own your wrong, apologize and improve. Was going to buy a bunch of equipment from them, now reconsidering.
