myself asking for a couple stocking caps and then getting charged for them after I picked up my attachment that I waited a month for. after that when I was dropping off a attachment for them to service I got to load up my new attachment somewhat by myself , which means yes they brought it on a pallet and lifted it and then I wrestled a frost Ripper somehow to get in the back of my pickup. Awesome sales and service, but parts guys that help you with everything else suck.
