Great customer service. However, servicing of my vehicle made it a non-runner. Plus, had to pay a good amount for a dead machine. 🤯😤🤬
Was sent to Lewisville 1 hour away from bobcat of ft worth because they said Lewisville had it with part number. Lady at Lewisville refused to take photo over phone to confirm it was the right part. Drove all the way over there and right away I knew it was wrong. Guy assured me it was the new generation and it would fit. Super prideful at the front counter and said picture wouldnt had done a thing, come to find out they where dead wrong. Great place to get your equipment and parts, the guys at the parts counter are very knowledgeable. Chris at the parts counter, he knows his parts there. Sometimes even with out searching for it in the computer, just goes and grabs it. With out even looking at the actual part, that is by you just explaining what you are looking for. Overall great knowledgeable place to shop and good service, from everybody there.
Absolutely the place to go for skid steers. Chris in parts has been a blessing with getting the right parts at the right time. Landon in sales is the person to go to. 100% recommend!
