Total experience from start to finish was great!
The salesman was very helpful. The rental guy, was rude and very unprofessional. Was just picking up a E20 mimi excavator. The paperwork I had wasn't good enough. Never had this situation before. Waited an hour and a half for the email with the same release I had. No sorry for holding you up, no nothing. Not impressed with his customer service. Even if I'm just a truck driver.
