I went in last minute to rent a grapple bucket, their bucket was down for repair and Terry with bobcat Rentals was kind enough to not only point us in the direction of their competition… He even called them and told them we were coming and asked them to set aside the attachment we needed. Great service and willingness to help us out in a bind.
