I called looking for a new zero turn for my property maintenance business. I was in contact with Steven, the sales manager and he was nothing but professional and charismatic. Had two machines ready for me to try out as soon I was there. And all the paperwork ready. Even though the Bobcat wasn't exactly what I wanted after testing them. I was very impressed with his honesty. This location is very lucky to have him as a salesman.
I give credit where credit is due, this company is exceptional and all the people that work there go out of their way to be accommodating. From Steve who sold it to me for a good deal to I believe Lori who organized some field service for me and right to Eric who serviced it in my driveway, these guys are great. I am truly glad I've gone with Bobcat of Muskoka. Sorry if I messed any names up I'll correct them if I did.
