AWESOME crew at Bobcat of Monroe. Cam Hasty, in particular, was incredibly helpful and informative as I embarked upon the mother of all DIY projects, regrading a half-acre lot full of stumps, berms, etc. I researched the effort well in advance, and Cam suggested a better approach. Rented a T-66, and having never operated one before, Cam invited me to a little "tutorial" on-site, getting familiar hands-on with the equipment. I had some fuel issues on a site due to contamination. The service department and field staff went above and beyond to help me out. My machine was In a tough place to get to so towing wasn't a option. They saved me thousands by helping me work through my issues. I dealt with a few different folks there any I unfortunately can't remember all of their names. Austin one of the field guys really helped me out. We were looking to purchase another machine, and with how well our service experience went, I'm not even going to consid... read more

The guys there took good care of us. They rented us a bobcat and brought it to us (for a fee). We washed off the mud and they came back and got it. Reasonable price for what all I got done.
