Unhelpful staff. Literally. I asked for help with tying down a skid steer and was told by an employee that he "can't stay away from the office for that long." Had to load the skid steer myself, and couldn't even get pointers on how I should tie it down. I also had to ask for chains, and he came out and took chains from another trailer and acted like I was stupid for not knowing they were there, and just generally gave me attitude for not loading it the right way even though he would'nt help me.
