From start to finish the process was easy. Michael Alley was very professional and understood the needs of my business for the 2024 E48 bobcat excavator I purchased. Michael was very helpful and understanding of my schedule for pick up, he stayed late night hours until I arrive for pick up. Great pricing and well maintained equipment. I am extremely pleased with my experience of this purchase.
I had called yancey rentals 1st and gotten a quote. Then last minute i saw bobcat of macon pop up on my search. I called and the young lady answered was super pleasant. She transferred me to a rental guy who gave me a $100 less quote than yancey. I stopped by and encountered Gene who was different than the original guy i had spoken with. Drove 2 hours to get parts for our bobcat, even though they did not have our parts Gene was really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Gene for any questions you have. Very helpful helping us get part numbers and a phone number to another location that had the parts we needed.
