I purchased a 2025 bobcat MT 120. A few hours into the machines life a piece of the hydraulic line snapped during a cold snap. They sent someone out within a few hours to look at the machine and provided a loaner while they work on it. Good customer service!
Jimmy did an excellent job resurrecting my 1972 skidder. Remote service was awesome.
