I recently spoke with Pete Klein regarding financing a machine at this Bobcat location. Initially, everything seemed fine, but after doing some more research, I found a better deal that was also closer to me. I informed Pete of my decision, and unfortunately, he hung up on me. The new salesperson I worked with on the other deal needed some information from Pete, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional to him as well.
