I Recently was in search of a manual for our zero turn mower. I called Babcat of Janesville and spoke to a young man, Jeremy. He was by far, the nicest rep I have.ever talked to. Not only did he search and find me a copy of the manual, but actually emailed me the whole thing of which we can pick and choose what we need. This young man is truly an asset to the company and I highly reccomend dealing through him if the need ever arises. Thank you, Jeremy. You are greatly appreciated.
This is our second chipper that we have purchased from Bobcat of Janesville. AJ was our sales rep. He is very knowledgeable about the bandit chippers. I also talked with Clayton in service and the 2 of them were able to handle a small warranty issue we had. Thanks Fellas. (Bandit 15 XP V8 gas)
