Was a partner in a purchase of a Bobcat Trackloader from the Baytown store. Gabby was fantastic to work with, very helpful and responsive throughout the process. She and the service manager were incredibly helpful in giving basic advise, tips and such as well. We are very pleased with the machine and implements we chose. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
Horrible service all around, people at the parts department are rude. Especially Beltrice. Service department take a month to fix an oil leak, had to wait for hose like three weeks.
