My husband had an issue with his skid steer Sunday. Called bobcat and they sent out Tristin. He showed up and a couple hours later we were back moving snow. Thanks so much!
To be honest, I was contemplating switching all my skid steers to CAT or ASV. Until I ran into problems this past December and the service at Bobcat, in particular Cassandra went over and above to not let me miss a single day with a downed machine.
