I drove in from out of town, and the store was closed. When he saw me at the door, Gord Barker( Parts Technician) let me in with a “ Good Morning “. I told him the model of my skidsteer and that I needed a hydraulic filter. To make sure I got the right part, he showed me the updated filter and cap, saying if I found that the old cap( I could return the updated version $86. I used to work for these guys. I reopened the Nisku store until they hired Jason Murray back and he went around, letting everyone with any experience go. They forced us to get the scamdemic shot Or we wouldn’t be able to come into work. I should’ve quit then. The Calmont group is also the lowest paying group in all of Canada. As far as I can tell, they are still struggling to find somebody who will work for $18 an hour in the Nisku location. The first several employees after myself threw down their keys within a week.
