This dealership does not stand by its service and warranty. Be aware before you purchase a new machine from these guys. Typical dealership once you leave the lot they care less and bobcat as a brand doesn’t stand by there warranty issue. T66 track issues over and over again and now they are telling me to buy new tracks to see if that’s the issue.

It is said that when you are buying a tractor, it is not the tractor you choose that is important, it is the dealer. Every tractor has the potential for issues. Every tractor will need some type of dealer participation throughout its lifetime. Even if you do your own maintenance, you will usually use your dealer for parts. I drove in from out of town, and the store was closed. When he saw me at the door, Gord Barker( Parts Technician) let me in with a “ Good Morning “. I told him the model of my skidsteer and that I needed a hydraulic filter. To make sure I got the right part, he showed me the updated filter and cap, saying if I found that the old cap( I could return the updated version $86.
