This review is a little over due but with out a doubt one of the best service departments I have ever dealt with. Matt in service is the go to man for any issues or questions you may have. I took it in for a water pump failure and while there had them go Through the whole machine and fix all issues. A/c that they fix failed within an hour of running it and they fixed it right away no questions asked. When I got it back it then had a coolant leak that wasn’t there before. I work for one of the largest GC's in the area and we have always had good luck with Bobcat so I bought a new tractor for personal use based on the customer service aspect of it. That has not been the case. Tractor is working fine but they forgot the owners manual and I was told multiple times they would get it to me right away , that was 6 weeks ago ... not a huge deal but it would be nice to have for service schedule, dash lights ,etc... hope this isn't an indication of what I have to look forward to when I need it worked ... read more
