Helpful staff
I work for one of the largest GC's in the area and we have always had good luck with Bobcat so I bought a new tractor for personal use based on the customer service aspect of it. That has not been the case. Tractor is working fine but they forgot the owners manual and I was told multiple times they would get it to me right away , that was 6 weeks ago ... not a huge deal but it would be nice to have for service schedule, dash lights ,etc... hope this isn't an indication of what I have to look forward to when I need it worked ... read more
