This company will sell you the wrong product over the phone, and when it comes in and you point out that it is the wrong item, they will not let you return it even though they are still in possession of the item. I attempted to speak to the (apparently) ONLY guy in the store that can do returns, just for him to not be in the store and never return a call after 6+ calls made over about a month.
