TOOK OUR BOBCAT IN FOR FIRST SERVICE SINCE BOUGHT NEW FROM THEM BILL WAS $1200 GOT IT HOME, DISCOVERED THERE WAS ZERO HYDRAULIC OIL IN IT SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING HYDRAULIC OIL FROM THEM, HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET WONT BE RETURNING ANY TIME SOON THINGS HAPPEN BUT THIS TYPE OF THING SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN NO EXCUSES
Service department was great and got my questions answered quickly
While the E88 excavator did a decent job, I probably could have used that was a bit more powerful for some of the trees I needed to dispatch. My experience with the company was overall a great experience. Rented a 770 skid steer about 2 years ago as well. Go see Brendan at Bobcat of Columbia…2 thumbs up!
