I was not a dedicated Bobcat guy until walking in here and working with Ty in Sales and Dave in Service. They have been instrumental in keeping my business running. I've gotten great prices on equipment, top notch advice, and even a few leads that were easily closed because of their reputation.
Tyler is always willing to help, very knowledgeable about Bobcat equipment and it’s applications. He is always looking to help the customer get the right piece of equipment and get the job done.
I've known Tyler for several years now, and his customer service is the best in the business! My most recent purchase from him was an open rops E20. He made sure I got every option I wanted, and there was even one option I really wanted that Bobcat didn't offer, but he made it happen anyways! Tyler is always fast to respond to texts, and almost always answers the phone. I will definitely be back again!
Just bought a new T770 and had the best experience of sales guy. Always get pushy sales guys. Not at Bobcat Urbana. If you want a good experience at a bobcat dealer buying Equipment see Taylor he will hook it up!!!!!
