Avoid this place at all costs — absolute scam artists. The Calgary branch is the worst of the worst. I’ve dealt with them for years, spent over $10,000, and they never properly fixed my Bobcat. They lie, they stall, and they take your money without delivering results. On top of that, their attitude is disgusting — blatant racism and zero accountability. This company is a joke. Called in for a part that may have been a tough match - not for a bobcat machine but I was in a pickle and they said they have a large selection of pins. The woman on the phone was freindly and said they can bring out a few pins and hope to find something that will work. It's a standard 30mm pin - I could have made just about anything work to get me through. The parts guys had other plans.
