Bad experience. Still continued to shop there for another year until more problems. Too greedy.
Staff intentionally tried selling me the wrong Grease fitting kit knowing it's not returnable after being opened. Excavators get sae fittings and skid steers use metric right?! I recognized bs immediately and purchased what I was promised would be wrong but it was correct. Shady business practices bobcat. Terrible. I never mentioned needing a single fittings. I wanted a kit.

Thank you for always treating me as a valuable customer. The other day an attachment hydraulic coupler gave as a hard time. I drove the machine over to them and Jeff the shop manager addressed the issue in no time! 20 minutes later I got back to work, nice job! Also a big shoutout to German, my awesome and always available salesman and Elba who’s helping us when we need to rent. Great team at Bobcat of Broward! Best regards, Wolf.
Service dept, Dean and Rayad gave excellent advice and the service tech repaired our machine with out exception. Parts dept always delivers.
