I recently purchased a Bobcat Skid used T62 with 1000+ hours on it. The sales person named STORM went out of his way to assist me in getting a good deal. He also over saw the reconditioning of the Skid. The service and parts manager TERRY also went out of his way by overseeing the recondition, delivery and instruction on use of the Skid. These 2 gentlemen are great ambassador's for BOBCAT and deserve a pat on the back for their extra effort. I want hesitate buying from Bobcat of Blue Ridge again. THANK YOU TERRY AND STORM

I purchased a reconditioned 2021 E60 excavator from them, and the machine when delivered far exceeded my expectations. Literally looks and runs like a new machine. Storm and Terry at the store were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, to my full satisfaction. Highly recommend doing business with this store and the crew.

Most unreliable service, they truly don't know what they're doing takes a long wait to get a simple answer they dont know the products nor they are knowledgeable is sad just sad stay away from this store
