Rented a mini excavator from the folks here over the Labor Day weekend. They suggested the holiday weekend for my rental, knowing what I was trying to accomplish would take some time both in the machine and out. Because of their suggestion, I was able to complete the project without feeling rushed, as well as not incurring a huge bill for a multi-day rental. Everyone I interacted with was kind and accommodating, and I very much appreciate the great service!
Service has been good and the staff has been very friendly. Nice to have a local bobcat dealer right in the area. Most of the general Parts I've needed for servicing have been right in stock.
Super helpful crew and the best machines on the market
Worst Bobcat dealer in southern tier- They NEVER answer their phone . Their service is terrible - do yourself a favor and go to the pros at Bobcat of Buffalo or any other Bobcat dealer.
