Purchased a remote control for my skid loader and it went bad and the customer service to work on it and get me back up and going again was terrible! Finally called the company that makes the remote (not the bobcat dealer) and he was the nicest and most helpful guy and had me going in 15 min! But bobcat didn’t seem to want to help. Not sure why they were not willing?
