Bought a tractor from them in 2021 , they lied to me from the point sell, The customer service is unknowledgeable and rude ...called customer service .... Never heard back Maybe if you are a contractor that buys lots of machines you get treated better , but if you are a small farmer spending $25,000 ..They don't care ! Before buying bobcat I was worried because of past problems with machines ..... It's the people that are the problem ! Liars! Thier lies have cost me much time and money!
