The woman who answers the phone at parts (long dark hair) is the worse! Not knowledgeable at all. No help not very professional. Then she was eatting n chewing while talking w us, that was gross. Then she called a guy w a small dark beard, he was even worse, he acted like we were a bother to him. He made it soo obvious that we were a bother just by his actions putting his hand on his fore head n looking at the woman every time we asked a question. Worse treatment ever! They claim they did almost $6000 worth of work. They replaced starter yet it's all loose and will not turn off! It's leaking oil so so so bad and wasn't in the beginning! They are lying to us!!!
I had a good experience with Miguel at Bobcat of Albuquerque. There was plenty of inventory to make an informed decision and look forward to utilizing our new S64.
