Peter in service department is great. Was having problem with 2025 compact bobcat tractor linkage. He explained there was a pin that had probably fell out. I checked and the pin was still there, just had to knock it back in. He saved me two round trips of 180 miles

That last review had me so intrigued, I felt inclined to write my own. That’s certainly a hot take—kind of like giving a one-star review to Netflix because you didn’t like one episode. Personally, I’ve always found the Bobcat lady’s so-called ‘condescension’ more like… a vintage sarcasm you can’t buy in stores, and frankly, I appreciate it.
